It's ok to feel this way.
You don't need to hide your emotions or rush to feel better.
Lets take this one small step at a time.
This feeling will pass - even if it doesn't feel like it right now.
Gentle breathing
Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly.
Inhale deeply through your nose and ensure that your belly rises while your chest stays still.
Exhale slowly through pouted lips.
Self - soothing
Wrap yourself in a blanket.
Hold a nice cup of warm tea.
Let your body feel safe.
Comfort your mind
Listen to calm music
Watch something familiar - like photographs that make you happy.
Or sit in the park and watch nature.
Still feeling sad - a game is coming up..
