Your thought may feel loud-but they are not facts.
Brain dump
Write down everything on your mind.
Don't organize it - just get it out.
Your thoughts don't need to stay inside.
Move your body gently
Take a short walk
Step outside and look around
Movement helps release build-up stress
Gentle activities
Read a books
Do a puzzle
Play a simple game
Spend time in nature
Visualization
Close your eyes for a moment
Imagine your thoughts slowly getting smaller and quieter
Now picture a calm, safe place instead
Kind words to yourself
My thoughts are not facts - they will pass.
I am allowed to take one step at a time.
I am doing better than I think.
I do not have to have everything figured out.
I can pause and breath.
I am safe in this moment.
It's okay to feel - I am strong.
I deserve kindness, especially for myself.
I am not alone in this.
I am safe.
You are doing better than you think - just by being here
