You don't need to understand everything right now.
Sometimes feelings come without a clear reason- that's okay.
Your body can feel anxious even when your mind doesn't have answers.
You are still safe.
Use your senses
Look around and name :
5 things you can see
4 things you can feel
3 things you can hear
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste
Brain dump
Write down everything on your mind.
Don't organize it - just get it out.
If it continues create a worry diary - track anxiety levels and thoughts to see if a pattern will immerge.
Be kind to yourself
Say quietly:
I don't need to have all the answers
This feeling will pass
I am safe right now
I am doing my best
Small gentle reset
Step outside for a few minutes
Drink something warm
Wrap yourself in a blanket
Sit somewhere quiet
Read your favorite book or book a weekend away to reset.
You don't need to fix anything - just support yourself.
Even if you don't understand this feeling, you are not alone in it - and it will not last forever.
If you feel like you might hurt yourself or someone else, please reach out for immediate help.
