Your emotions are valid - you just need a safe way to release them.
Lets slow things down together.
Power breathing
Breath in deeply through your nose- 4 seconds
Hold -2 seconds
Breath out slowly through your mouth - 6 seconds.
Longer exhale = calms anger faster.
Cold reset
Splash cold water on your face or hold something cold ( ice, water bottle)
This instantly resets your nervous system.
Release the energy
Do jumping jacks, run, punch a pillow, or shark your body for 30-60 seconds.
Anger is physical - let it move out safely.
Thought dump
Write everything you are feeling without filtering.
Do not worry about being " nice" - just get it out.
